Deep red with a violet hues; black and red fruit aromas mixed with gentle black pepper and other spices as well as subtle vanilla and chocolate flavors; silky tannins, firm structure, balanced acidity, long aftertaste. This wine is the top wine of Ventisquero winery and can be stored for 8-10 years. It can be paired with Indian, Thai, Mexican, Spanish and other spicy dishes or other complex dishes. It can also be paired with semi-ripe cheese and strongly flavored meat such as wild boar and venison.
