青海益洁生物工程有限公司成立于2008年3月24日，地处世界第三极的青藏高原，公司地址位于青海省西宁市生物科技产业园区食品保健品集聚区。是中国首家获得吉利丁片生产许可证的企业（生产许可证号：SC20163010501027）同时也是全世界第二家生产吉利丁片的工厂。公司拥有GMP洁净生产车间和5条自主研发的生产线，目前公司年产量达到1000吨。

公司秉承绿色发展理念，致力于开发丰富的高原生态无污染的绿色资源，打造高品质的健康产品。以青藏高原有“高原之舟”之称的牦牛骨骼炼制的优质骨胶为原料，自主研发生产了吉利丁片、吉利丁粉等高科技产品。公司生产的吉利丁片和吉利丁粉广泛应用于慕斯蛋糕、提拉米苏、果冻、布丁等烘焙食品领域，以及灌汤包、叉烧包、高档菜肴、养生汤等餐饮领域。

人才是企业的第一生产力，我公司核心团队的专业知识与能力是支撑公司吉利丁片成功的关键因素。目前公司员工60人，其中研发技术人员12人，有效保证了产品的持续创新，全部从事明胶生产与研发多年，对明胶后续新品的开发有独到的思路。尤其是公司带头人袁东平先生，从事明胶研究工作近30年，所研究的《膜过滤技术在明胶行业中的应用》早在2002年就在行业杂志《明胶科学与技术》中成功发表，并在随后使用在明胶的工业化生产中，为明胶产品的色泽等指标起到了决定性的作用。在我公司吉利丁片的研究与规模化生产中，也使用了膜过滤技术，为吉利丁片的成功研发与上市奠定了决定性的作用。

之前我国不能自主生产吉利丁片，一直依赖进口，市场被德国和意大利产品所垄断。而国内明胶企业大多专注于生产保健品、药品所需的软胶囊和硬胶囊产品，在开发明胶深加工产品、提高明胶产品高附加值方面，缺乏研发和技术创新方面的投入，导致我国吉利丁产业发展严重滞后。我公司经过周密的市场调研，敏锐地发现了市场契机，2015年开始组织专业团队进行科技攻关，从产品配方、生产工艺、技术设备等方面进行研发工作，2016年5月成功投产了拥有自主知识产权的国产吉利丁片。

公司目前拥有商标数8个，公司目前拥有专利15项，其中实用新型11项、外观4项，以及5项成果、9项软著。是国家级高新技术企业、青海省科技型企业、西宁市科技型企业、西宁市研发中心、西宁市专利示范企业。公司在青海省有关部门和西宁市生物科技产业园区领导的关注及支持下，“迪利斯”吉利丁片实现了规模化生产，被列为青海省百项攻坚工程项目，获得中国青年创新创业大赛铜奖。在成都、上海、广州等国际烘焙展会上，受到国内外许多烘焙企业的关注。

产品从2016年11月走向市场，市场遍布北京、上海、广州等各大城市，产品供不应求。公司产品销往国内外企业，合作知名企业有哈根达斯、迪士尼、安琪、中粮、达利园等。

顺应产业信息化时代潮流，建设自主的工业物联网和生产管理信息系统，目标实现生产全程信息化管理、产品全产链可追溯和工厂全网透明可视。截止2021年9月，智联网可视化工厂建设完善，实现了整个生产流程全方位、自动化数据采集，将数据、管理、沟通信息迅速、准确上传至云服务器进行中心计算，让管理者、市场监管者和消费者实时可追溯，实现工厂生产24小时实时直播。消费者通过扫描内包装袋二维码可实时查看工厂生产情况，包括原料信息、生产信息、产品信息、检验信息等一目了然；24小时工厂直播涉及生产全过程，实现了多个工序和各生产功能间的实时直播。

Qinghai EASY JOB Bioengineering Co., Ltd. was founded in the food and health care product zone of Xining Biotechnology Industrial Park in Qinghai on March 24, 2008 in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau--the third pole of the world. Following the concept of green development, the company is committed to the development of rich ecological pollution-free green resources on the highland to create high-quality health products. With high-quality bone glue made from bones of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau yaks known as "boats of the highland", the company has independently developed and produced high-tech products such as gelatin sheets and gelatin powder. The gelatin sheets and gelatin powder produced by the company are widely used in the field of mousse cakes, Tiramisu, jelly, pudding and other baked food, as well as the catering industry such as soup stuffed buns, barbecued pork buns, high-end dishes and health soup.

In particular, the company leader, Mr. Yuan Dongping, has been engaged in gelatin research for nearly 30 years. His research paper "Application of membrane filtration technology in gelatin industry" was successfully published in the industry magazine "Gelatin Science and Technology" in 2002, and subsequently played a decisive role in the industrial production of gelatin for the color and other indicators of gelatin products. In the research and mass production of gelatin sheets in our company, we also use membrane filtration technology, which plays a decisive role in the successful development and marketing of our gelatin sheet products.

There was a time when China could not independently produce Gelatin sheets and had to depend on imports. The market was monopolized by German and Italian products. However, most domestic gelatin enterprises focus on the production of soft capsule and hard capsule products for health care products and medicines. Investment was insufficient in the development of deep processing products of gelatin and the improvement of high added value of gelatin products. There was a lack of investment in research and development and technological innovation, resulting in the serious lag in the development of China's gelatin industry. After careful market research, our company has keenly found the market opportunity. In 2015, we began to organize a professional team to tackle scientific and technological problems, and carried out research and development on product formula, production process, technical equipment and other aspects. In May 2016, we started the successful production of domestic gelatin sheets with independent intellectual property rights.
